well, this took me all day, BUT IT WAS EFFING WORTH IT!!!!!!!
also, a BUNCH of fun to draw!!!!!! and trying out new techniques for the eyes!!!!
ether way this came out epic!!!!!!! >W<W>W<W>W<

though the BG i might have over blurred, but only because i suck at drawing water, so all i did was smug a bunch of blue's and whites together then blurred it. . . .looks like that did the job! :3

anyway!!! i love this!!!!! >W<

and now im starting to see why people think Rian's a boy. . .she does look a lot like one :I but oh well!
